I wish to acknowledge the Construction services that JMJ Construction (JMJ) completed in March of 2015 for the Los Alamitos Unified School District (District). The project consisted of construction a kindergarten playground with a rubberized fall-mat complete with a concrete base, concrete curb, drainage, irrigation modifications and grass sod at McGaugh Elementary School. Working with JMJ was truly a great experience. JMJ met and exceeded all of my expectations and the project turned out perfect. JMJ met all schedule deadlines and kept the project on time and on budget. The crew that worked at the school site were extremely professional and kept an exceptionally clean work area. Once approved, Mr. Moisa immediately started working in a highly professional manner and coordinated the project with our Department’s key personnel. Mr. Moisa oversaw the large-scale project which was completed on time and under budget. He communicated with our Department throughout all phases of the project to provide critical updates and reports which kept our City Officials at ease. Ultimately, JMJ Construction delivered high quality services that allowed our Department to offer the City of Compton residents a state of the art park with a new soccer field, refurbished playground, new fitness equipment, shade shelter, barbeque pits, walking trail, and other site furnishings.
